Payments

Wholesale orders are invoiced using Wave Invoicing online. These invoices are delivered via email and may be paid using Bank payments, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

For any future sales conducted via Shopify, Reign accepts all major credit cards, Shopify Shop Pay, and Interac. The payment methods accepted are: Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Google Pay and Interac

Products

Wholesale purchases are sold by the case. Each case contains 24 boxes of tampons. Minimums and mixed cases are discussed on a case-by-case basis.

Pricing, shipping costs are shared once we are able to learn about your business, how you plan to utilize Reign, where you are located, etc.

We utilize a manufacturer in Spain. They are a leader in organic cotton period products, and are licensed by EU, FDA, and Health Canada standards.

Shipping

Wholesale orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed. Orders may be modified on a case-by-case basis. Please email info@ldkwellness.com.

For future sales via Shopify, orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of purchase by emailing info@ldkwellness.com.

Currently, we only ship within Canada. Reign is in the process of receiving the approval from the US FDA and will ship to the United States when complete.

Yes, there is a shipping fee that will be indicated on your final order invoice before payment is required. Reign ships products with Canada Post or UPS, and looks for the most affordable way to ship packages.

When your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. It may take some time for the tracking number to be recognized by the shipping company.
